I am always exploring new ways to earn more miles and that hasn’t changed in 2023. Travel hacking has been and continues to be one of the best ways to offset the costs of travel. Booking flights with miles, it frees up your travel budget for accommodations, excursions, and anything else you’d rather spend your money on. Some of the easiest and quickest ways to earn miles are through airline credit cards. However, I like to find other ways that complement churning and burning cards annually. That is why when Bask Bank teamed up with American Airlines, I was excited to learn more about what they had to offer and how I could earn more AAdvantage® miles.
Earn Thousands of Frequent Flier Miles with your Savings Account
Bask Bank’s partnership with American Airlines allows you to use your existing savings to earn thousands of AAdvantage® miles. And as Bask Bank says, “Maximize your return on adventure by earning miles on your savings” and I couldn’t agree more. That is why this partnership has become one of my favorite methods to earn more miles this year. Here are two of the best ways to earn American Airlines AAdvantage® miles in 2023.
Let Your Savings Account Earn Thousands of Miles in 2023
Savings accounts are great but they are even better when they are working for you. By moving your money (at no cost to you) to a Bask Mileage Savings Account, you can earn 2.5 American Airlines AAdvantage® miles for every $1 saved annually. The best way to see how many miles you can earn this year is by using the handy Bask Bank interactive calculator on their site. This will allow to see what your initial deposit will earn annually when combined with a weekly or monthly deposit.
For example, if you make an initial deposit of $10,000 into your new savings account at Bask Bank with a recurring weekly deposit of $1,000, you will earn 64,000 American Airlines AAdvantage® miles over the course of 2023 (12 months). The number of miles you earn annually is up to you, but this is an amazing way to maximize your frequent flyer miles in 2023.
Earn Additional Miles with Your First Deposit at Bask Bank
Bask Bank offers bonus miles for new customers making a $5,000 deposit. You will earn an additional 1,000 American Airlines AAdvantage® miles on top of your total number of miles earned annually. Every mile counts when travel hacking, which is why I recommend hitting the minimum deposit to earn those miles. You can always increase your deposit with time to earn additional miles annually.
Making the Most of Your Frequent Flyer Miles This Year
There are countless ways to earn miles and some are far easier than others. This American Airlines partnership with Bask Bank is an excellent option to earn miles and my favorite part is there is no need to sign up for yet another travel rewards credit card. However, if you do choose to take advantage of other mile-earning opportunities, this will only boost your frequent flyer bank in 2023.
