Southwest
Earn up to 1000 points for enrolling in their Rapid Rewards program.
US Airways
Earn 100% bonus miles on purchased miles up to 50,000 miles. This is the only time buying miles is worth your money from any airline. Offer valid through Nov. 30, 2012. It is certainly not cheap but if you need to top up your account or are taking a long business class trip this may be worth your time.

Netflix
Netflix always seems to have a deal with at least one airline. Right now earn 2500 American Advantage miles buy signing up.
Some have reported signing up and canceling after the miles post only to sign up using a different credit card. If you use Netflix anyway than you won’t mind the $8/month to earn the miles.
American Airlines
I mentioned this earlier in the week but American’s Double Mile Thank You is pretty solid. From now until the end of the will earn double miles and points on all AA flights.
Citi- AAdvantage Credit Card
Right now there is a 50,000 mile bonus when you sign-up and receive this card from Citi. The minimum spend is $2,500 within the first 4 months which isn’t bad.
