Skype is offering up free wifi to over 50 airports from December 21st through December 27th. All you need to make this work is to install the Skype wifi app on your laptop of iOS device. You can get that here. It would be best to install this on your laptop before you get to the airport so you won’t be stuck with just your mobile device which of course could download the app anywhere. For your laptop all you will need is the latest version of skype which is available for Macs or PCs. Get it here.
That’s all you need to do to enjoy free wifi while traveling over the holidays and since Gogo is offering free wifi on flights (Delta only) you will have plenty of things to do to pass the holiday travel.
