JAMBOX Wireless Speakers

written by Clint Johnston
JAMBOX Wireless Speakers

Music is an essential part of travel for me and I have always been searching for some nice portable speakers. For the most part small speakers lack sound quality and the larger ones take up too much room in my bag. The JAMBOX speakers by Jawbone meet all my needs. They are very small and produce a great quality sound.

The sync up with any bluetooth device and have a range of about 30-40 feet.  So you can keep your iPhone in your pocket and walk around the house and music will continue to play which is nice.

The sound quality is great and good for a casual or laid back setting. These speakers would not get the job done at a party but they aren’t meant for that. The biggest thing they lack is deep base and the ability to get really loud. According to Jawbone they hit about 85 db (see below).

Not bad for such little speakers. They can also be used as speaker with your iPad or even conference calls which most speakers can’t do. You can also play any apps you have on your phone such as pandora or satellite radio.
