Google has been working to add UNESCO world heritage sites to street view and is now adding archaeological sites. So far 30 sites in Mexico have been added so far with a goal of 90. Right now you can explore Chichen Izta, Uman-Hopelchen, Teotihuacan, and Monte Alban.
The area in green is viewable on street view at Chichen Izta. You can see it covers a lot of ground.

You can explore every ruin at the site just as you would any regular street in the world.

They are all there and it is a lot of fun to explore especially before heading to the site so you can decide ahead of time what interests you most.
