Check out this Airline Scorecard from WSJ. You can sort percentage of on-time arrivals, delays, lost baggage, complaints, cancelled flights and more. It’s is pretty interesting to see where your favorite airlines rank. Alaska has the overall best score followed by Delta. American, who were hurt badly by bankruptcy last year, finished last but the details are pretty interesting.
