I always use SeatGuru before I pick my seat on any flight. It allows me to see exactly where the best seats are and what drawbacks some may have. When you are sitting in the confined space of the economy cabin it is important to select the best seat. For example, you may take a look at the seat map for your flight and learn some seats do not recline or that some have more legroom than others. That is valuable information for any traveler. Finally, one of my favorite sites is not in the easy to use app format for your iPhone.
How Does SeatGuru iPhone App Work?
All you need to know is the airline, flight number, and the date of you are flying. Once you provide that information you will see the seat map of your exact flight and plane. Simply, use the color coded seats of green, yellow, red, and white to find out which seats suit you best.
Like all apps this one needs some fine tuning but it is a big step up from the using SeatGuru.com on your mobile device.
